Editing Microsoft Access file

hello,
i have a microsoft access file which has several form elements. when i open this file i can only edit the content of these form and input elements. is it possible to edit the elements of this form itself (such as the pre-defined entries of a drop-down box or the options of a radio button)? is there a keyboard shortcut to switch to something like an edit mode?

Is your file an .mde file? If so, you have to have the mdb file (or Accdb file if in 2007) to edit the structure of forms, reports, macros, and modules.
