email from form

I have a form with email addresses and the code

DoCmd.SendObject , "", "", Me.Contact, "", ""
End Sub

When I double click a new email opens in outlook express and the email address is filled correctly in To:
When I have default email client the netscape messenger a new email opens but without the email address filled in To:

It is normal that?
