I have a macro which sends a report via email, I have built into the macro a number of email address, and this works well, but I would like to take the email address from a table so the macro need not be edited when someone is added or removed from the list, is there an easy way to "pick up" the emails address from a table?

This is easy to do but...............it will require you to start using VB.
Using a looping recordset, you can pluck the relevant addresses from the table and send an email to them individually. There are many posts with this topic - here is one to get you started
