Email Notification problem?

I have noticed over the last 2 days there seems to be a problem with email notification, last night I was getting delayed notification messages for threads I have posted in.

Today I got 4 emails in a row for Gemma-the-husky's response to this thread:

This hasn't happened since, maybe a one off or a problem with my mail provider.
