I have the following set up:
Tickets - table
New Tickets - form
The fields in the form are:
I would like to be able to email the 'Assigned' person notifying them they have been assigned a new ticket, however i am having problems making this happen, i have tried to use the 'Macro build' but really dont know what i am doing and would appreciate any help i can get.
