Ok, I have my Dbase Emailing ppl in a table,
because its from a table the list can be endless,

basically I use send.object and use a text box on the form for the email addy,

then it loops and moves forward one record anf emails again,

its a standard msg just needs to go to different department heads,

my problem is when I was on outlook 2000 it was brill, the send object run off my email and it looked good, but now Ive been upgraded to 2003 and the outlook knows when there is an email from an external program and gives me a warning,
Ive tried to stop it with setwarnings in access but, I think it still does it because its outlooks problem not access,

the other reason it leeches off the users email, is because there will be times when I email from it and other times my Manager will be doing it, so it just adds a tracability tag to who send the mail,

can anyone help me use a better email routine or, tell me how to get outlook to accept my program is not a virus trying to kill mankind one pc at a time.

Thanks:confused:

re:

Hi,
this is part of a security update which is supposed to prevent the automation of random emails.
There are currently only two ways around this if you want to stick with outlook. Either install this add-in or use Outlook Redemption with automation code.
You can read more about redemption here and find some sample code implementation here.
Keep in mind that the redemption dll requires a license fee if used in a production environment.
HTH
Good luck
