Email

I have a field in a table that contains about 25 email address. On a form i would like to be able to click a button and all the email address appear in the TO: field of the email window. Also can you have fields on the form that the user can fill in and thes fields are then used for the message and body of the email.

Any help would be great thanks (no expert in writing functions)

Put this code in the OnClick event of a button

DoCmd.SendObject , , , (Me.Email)

where me.email is the field that your email addresses are displayed.
