Emailing attachments

Hi,

I have a function in my database which creates .txt files ready for emailing. It saves the files locally in the form "ddhhmm_MMM_yy.txt" so each one is different.
The files only need to be sent to one addressee which is the same every time. How do I automatically attach this to an email?
