Dear all,
I have a report monthly depends on different employee ID numbers (One ID number have one report). Is it possible to send each concerned report to their respective email ID at one time?
Please advice.

Sounds very possible. Do you mean you have a unique report ID assigned to each employees?
If so, I presume under each employees table you would have an email field assigned?

Simplest way is to create a button associated with the report you which to send and then use DLookup to get the email information linked with the employee.

I think Access2010 makes emailing reports really simple too if everyone is on Outloook.

Thanks Jonathanchye,
But wondering how as I am newly in ms access. How do I filter those reports and send it to concern email ID at once? I am using outlook.

It all depends on how you structure your employee and reports table. If you could roughly show me your table structure and relationship I might be able to advice more.

Thanks again,

Please find the attachment and advice.

How many reports do you want to send at a time? I think you can send one at a time but if you want to group and send multiple reports could be a bit more involved.

Finally, what version of Access are you using? From the screenshot it looks like an old version. I am using Access 2010 so it is pretty easy using the ribbon to Send the report as email once you create a form which opens the correct report.

Anyway, most of what I was going to say is actually presented in a better way here : http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/email/reportsasattachments.htm

Have a read at this too : http://www.jephens.com/2007/05/13/how-to-send-e-mail-from-ms-access-using-outlook/
