Embedded Excel

Hi,

I have a table with fields ID, Summary.
The summary field is an Embedded Excel spreadsheet.

Is there a way to access specific ranges in the Excel sheet,
and read /write to it ?

eg. I want to change the cell A1 in the embedded spreadsheet from "Value" to "Last Reviewed"
