I use a free accounting program
Access database
I got a problem and tried to open the database to modify the problem
But the base is encrypted and I could not open it
Although I used several programs to recover the password
But I couldn't open it
I would like to know how can I open the database?
How do I create an encrypted database like this?

The whole point of encrypting an Access app is to prevent unauthorised use.
As we have no idea whether you are authorised, nobody here should tell you how to get around that security.

If it is an app you have purchased legally, contact the supplier/developer

The usual way to encrypt a database used to be that you just put a password on it.

However, you said this was done with an app that uses a database. There is nothing to stop the app from doing its own decryption on-the-fly, in which case there is no reasonable way to know.

I concur with the previous responses. Suggest you name the free software and look for a support group or forum specific to that software.
