Enter 2 Record in table

Hello Dear Sir
i have a form in single view.
i inform you about my problem.
basically i want double entry.mean when i received money by our customer.one entry goes to that customer id and i want the other entry goes in cashin hand.
table field
dd
id
transictiontype
debit
credit
when cusotmer payment received i enter a entry by the customer id.
but the problem is that i want the second entry also.
date same date as in the form
id 100 my cash account id
debit which amount is in the credit field.

i know how to use the append query.but can one tell me how can i insert the current record in query or by form

You need to rethink your approach, if your customer pays you money you should assign which account is credited, by which customer and the amount, cash in hand is calculated from credits - debits of accounts

anything is possible, but the approach is seriously flawed. Can you not sit down with the client and explain the risks involved with this method?
