Hi
I have a form which records calibration data on equipment & when it is due.
In the form I have a field called calibration Intervals with a figure in months when calibration is due for each equipment item. E.g. 12 months.
I have a subform on this form which records all the calibration details once it is completed.
DetailsID , Date Due, Date Inspected , Cert No , Comments, Completed.
What I would like to do is that when a tick is entered in the Completed field & new line is entered showing a new Date due which is multiplied by the Calibration Interval in the main part of the form.
Not sure how to do this, can anyone help please.

Tks Roc

So your form is a continuous form?
The easiest way would be for you to set a default value for the date due on open of the form. This would be set to be whatever you want it to be - if you need it to refer to calibration interval from your main form, then just need to reference it (ie. forms!frm_mainform_txt_calibrationinterval) - obviously replacing form and text box names with their real names from your main form

thanks macca
