Entry Form Displaying other Existing Information

I have a continous form in which the user enters a batch of records each row has a unique field relating to a document. The db records this and the users ID and date of entry.

The unique field already exists in another table with some additional information. I want the form to show some of the additional information from the other table as soon as the Unique field is entered in a row of the continous form.

There is already a relationship formed between these two table, i only want to show the information as its entered to aid the person entering the data.

Whats the best way to go about this, Both tables will be huge and i want to avoid Dlookups if possible due to the calctime and the fact the the additional information will be in several fields.

Use a query consisting of the two joined tables to feed the form. You can pick which fields you want to display in the query, and you should specify critieria to only pick the records you want.
