Escape from datasheet part to upper part in a split form

How to escape from datasheet part of a split form to some control in upper part of the form with keyboard

That I do not know. But - you could consider locking the datasheet part for edits, allowing reading only. I use that quite a lot if I use a split form, because it is otherwise difficult to obtain some sort of 100% consistent behaviour, at least in A2007.
