I've got a problem on a form where everything dissapears,
The structure of the form is that there is a recordset and fields based on a query. This query has a criteria of 13. So it should only show records of status 13.
There is also a subform of tasks which is linked to the action plan ID which is part of the query/table.
There are also independent fields on the form which aren't linked to a table.
There are two option boxes, "Development Approved" and "Development Rejected".
When Development Approved is selected the status is changed to 15 and for some reason everything on the form dissappers including the recordset fields, buttons, subform and independent fields.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening because I was hoping that if there are no records with status 13 then the fields would just be blank!
