Excel 11 Component

Guys,

I have added an excel component to a form but I'm having trouble accessing the cells etc via vba

Do I need to declare it as a spreadsheet?

Spreadsheet0.(Intellisense pops up but nothing with regards to ranges cells etc)

Any help would be appreciated.
