Yes there is.
On the FILE menu at the top of the page, click "Get External Data".
Now it gets tricky. You have two choices. LINK or IMPORT.
You would use link if you still require the spreadsheet to remain in XL (it may be used for other applications)
You would use IMPORT if the data in the spreadsheet is going to permanantly become an Access table and any changes or edits would remain in Access.
Make sure you familiarize yourself with the spreadsheets layout as the wizard will be asking you questions (eg. is the top row data or is it a heading).
