Export Report to PreExisting Excel Document

I am currently building a database to track and order supplies for my company. I have specific company forms that I must use when ordering supplies, which leads me to this question. Is it possible to export the data from a report into an existing excel document?
 
using the data tools in Excel you can actually link a spreadsheet to a database in go to Data/Get External Data and New Database Query, it's pretty easy to walk through if you have good knowledge of Access and Excel. The first time you open the workbook after saving it it will prompt you to update the information, just select "always refresh without asking"
