Export Table

I have two databases with similar sidewalk reconstruction data in them. One is on a laptop in the field where data is modified/updated, the other on the server in the office. I'd like to update the office data from the laptop data. I want to Export the laptop table (SWK) to the office machine. I have a macro that does such. However, I'd like to rename the existing SWK table (SWK to SWK-bak) on the office machine prior to exporting from the laptop. Is there a way to do such?

The easy way would be to change the macro on your server so that the imported table is named the way you want it.
This could create problems however as it sounds like your current system isn't set up to handle a new table name.
Do a quick audit to see what else may have to be changed to accomodate the new file name.
Remember, it may just be one small change but it can set off a domino effect.
