Exporting databases

In my 1st database i made a table for each catagory of my project. In my new database i have put all the catagories into one table so that it would be alot easier (so i wouldnt have to go into each table seperatley to enter data). Most of the field names are the same but not all. Both databases are created to contain the same information though... well my question is HOW DO I EXPORT THE DATA FROM MY 1ST DATABASE INTO MY NEW DATABASE? i am not good with relationships and stuff.

Now seriously, Is it the tables you want to transfer or just the data. If it is a table, simply open both databases and size them so you can see both Db windows. Then simply drag the table you want from one to the other.
