Exporting Form to Microsoft Word

I have created a form in my database that I will partially fill out. Then I'd like to email it to another person, have them complete the information and return it to me. Is there a way to email the receipeint the form as a Microsoft Word form, have them fill it in and email back to me. I am trying to eliminate them printing the form, handwriting it, and me having to deciphere their handwritting and fill my form back in. Appreciate your help.
