Exporting Report to Mail

sry to bother you guys so early but i got a little question

is it possible to send a report via mail and enable some textboxes, so that the receiver can fill these?

P.S.: i hope you can understand my question, my english is not that good :/

You can't send an Access Form or Report asking someone to complete certain areas and then send back to you.

What are you trying to achieve?

Which version of MS Office are you using?

Are you sending outside your company or internally?
