extension bar

can i asked some suggestion, how can i do this situation. i dont know what it is exactly called, but i want to have an extension bar, that when i click an item it will extend its sub item,
example.

i have an item proffesion, when i click it the sub item will extend, it gives ( engineer,techer,,..etc..)

As I can understand you, you need 2 tables and 2 forms for this.
Table1: f1ID, (Number, Primary key), f2Fn (txt, first name), f3Sn (txt, second name), f4P (txt, profession), f5..........
Table2: f1ID2 (autonumber, Primary key), f2Fk (number, foreign key) f3P1 (txt,
next porfession), f4P2 (txt, next profession) f5...........
In RELATIONSHIPS put Table1 -> Table2, link them via f1ID and f2Fk (side 1 -> side many).
On Table1 make a Form1 (main form). On Table2 make a Form2 (subform).
Put Form2 in Form1 (as a subform). Populate "Link child fields" (properties, f2Fk), and "Link master fields" (properties, f1ID). Both propeties in the subform.
