I have a database which currently collects service visit data. I need to attach the subject line off the original email request to each record. Currently it is a manual process but this is prone to human error far too often and as a result ideally I could do with automating this process.
Can anybody offer any suggestions as to whether there is a way to automatically store the subject line and sender details in a seperate table when a new mail is received?
