Faxing invoices

I would like to create a macro that could fax an invoice using the existing fax number in the DB. The way i have it set up now...I use a macro buttom to select which out put I want (IE. Printer,fax or email) and after I select output I have to click another macro buton which generates a invoice and the fax software (winfax) pops up. Now that the fax software is open I have to manually type the fax number in and click send. I would like to eliminate all these steps...being that the fax number already exsists in the BD can't I create a macro that will do it in one key stroke.

I don't think that you can do it from a macro. It will have to be done from a module (VBA script). Suggest that you repost this question on the Module forum.
