I'm a DT student with limited expertise.
In my school work I've created a form which uses a calculation in the form to supply the data, however the field info isn't appearing in the table while it appears in the form.

That is as expected. The calculated control takes information and shows it on a form. It does not create a field in the table. If it can be calculated then you should not store the value. You can also do the calculation in a query.

Hi. Welcome to AWF!

Tables are meant to store the data. To display it, you use a Form or a Report. So, if you want to see the results of the calculations, you keep using your Form or create a Report (if you want to print them). If you need to export the results of the calculations with the data in the table, then you can use a Query. (You can also use a query for your Form or Report.)
