File Not Found Error

My access program crashed the other day now when designing my form when i click on view code a box appears with the heading MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC and in the middle FILE NOT FOUND, with an ok button and a help button.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening.

Also any new command buttons i add and put code behind wont work, the same error appears.

Sounds like corruption to me. Can you import everything into a brand new database shell? The form might be hosed but sometimes you can do a thing where you save to text and then bring it back in.
