Filter query from Report Field

I suggest try to manually put the DateTime in the form's field and check if the report query filter it correctly.
After this step work fine work with code to get the correct value in fields.
Actually if the second DateTime field is calculated what exactly do you need it for?
You can make the calculation in the report's query
