filter reports

i am having problems with my reports!
i have lots of information for diffrent users but i need the reports to come out in some way filterd so that there are seprate sheets for each report!

for instance:

a search option so that you can search for reports via, user name or refrence number!

can anybody help?

Hi

Its probably best to use parameters on the query (rather than the report) so that you only get what you need when the query runs.
