Has anyone else had a problem using filters with reports based on crosstab queries? The only way it seems to work is by setting a parameter in the query, but then the query criterias won´t be dynamic. Sometimes I need to set one parameter as a filter and another time I need to set two or more parameters as a filter. I have solved this thing with a report based on a regular query and then everything worked fine, but when I did the same thing using a crosstab query instead it didn´t work. Can´t you use the filterfunction with crosstab query reports? Is parameters in the query the only way to solve this? The only solution I have seen regarding this is by opening up Excel and making the criteria choices and changing of the contents in the report there. Will I have to use Excel for this, isn't there another way?
