I am trying to implement a filter in a database that will match an employee and employer industry and occupation.

Can anyone help???

What have you got in the tables? SIC, standard industry codes, are the only way. Post what you have on the board. someone else may be looking for this sort of stuff)I'm working with business names by SICs and MICs.
