Font Dialog

Hi guys

is there a way of displaying the font dialog like this-

without the colour, strike through etc or, can i display the font styles in a combo box? I already have the fonts listed in a combo box but all in a single font style.

Alternatively, is there a simple font dialog that doesnt show all of the font options?
