Hello,
I have a DB that has several fields in which different times are entered. For example, when a call was received & when it was responded to. The received time access automatically "Stamps" at the table level using "Short Time" as the format & "Time()" as the default value. They can manually change the value on the form - It's mainly for convenience that it stamps it in there for you. When designing this, I didn't notice this issue since I use 24hour time. One of the users, (That has windows set up to use 12hour time) pointed out that when they enter a new case in the form & click into the time received field, it shows a 12 hour style in that field, not 24 hour. I tested it changing my windows settings, as long as I'm not in that that field, it will show 24 hour style, but clicking in it shows whatever style you use on your machine.
My problem is...How do I enforce the requirement to use 24 hour time usage in that field? Also, the time field is not automatically populated, how do I enforce the usage of 24 hour time there? This keeps the naming convention the same throughout all of the users.
Thanks A Whole Bunch,
