Form Appearance (1 Viewer)

I have recently switched from using A2003 to A2013.

Can anybody please tell me which property/setting in A2013 needs to be changed to affect the two different appearances of a form, as shown in the attach file.

I must have changed something but I have no idea what

Have removed the attached file because it did not show the information that I had intended it to show.

you could have sent a photo of the problem. The 'doc' attachment only has your email.
Did you mean, your forms were standalone, and now they are tabbed?
what 'appearance'?

Thanks for your interest and to anybody else that read my post.

I have now found out what I needed to know.

I needed to change the setting of Optionsocument Window Options: from Tabbed Documents to Overlapping Windows.
