form based on a query

I set up a form using a select query. I automatically added the fields to the form by dragging them out of the field list box. When I go to form view, all of the fields display properly except one that was based on a picklist. It shows up blank when there's suppose to be data in it.

If I run the query from the queries tab in the database window, the data in the picklist field shows up fine.

Any ideas why this field wouldn't display correctly on my form ?

I take it that when you say pick list, you are refering to a combo box? If so, does the field on the form have a control source? Just a thought.
