Form Command Button Clickable Area problems?

Hi, I have a button placed on a form, but it is only clickable a few pixels along the bottom of the button. If you hover anywhere above this, the button is not clickable and does not highlight as if it is clickable.

I have deleted the offended button and recreated it, but the same strange behavior occurs?

If I move the button up a few pixels or more, then the clickable area shifts to the top of the button and the bottom becomes unclickable.

The buttons are in the header of the form and is completely visible when the form is in normal form view. I also can not see anything that could be sitting ontop of the button (no transparent controls or anything) that could be obscuring it.

Any ideas to correct or debug this would be much appreciated.

I also notice once the button is clicked on (in the area it does allow) and the control is in focus, the whole area is then clickable. But clicking on another control and moving focus away, the small clickable area returns.. Scratching my head with it :S
