I'm struggling with how to design my form and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have three tables:
Table1: Information about an event
Table2: Information about the room(s) assigned for this event
Table3: Information about the group/contact person for this event

I have a main form for event information which contains subforms for the related information in Table2 and Table3. That works well when there is one event and one group attending this event.

There is an exception, though. Sometimes an event is a "group event" and several groups can attend this event. There will, therefore be multiple entries in table3 for this event.

What is the best way to design a main form for this?
