Form detail boundary shrinks

The boundary between the bottom of the detail section and the top of the form footer keeps coming up in form view in a different place than where it is in design view. This covers up a couple of controls at the bottom of my detail section. I’ve played with form settings but have not figured out how to stop this behavior.

Is the Auto Resize property of the form (on the Format tab of the property sheet is design view) set to Yes?

No, it is not, it is set to No.

Right, and if you set it to 'Yes' does that solve the problem?
