Form Footer issue

How do you move the Form footer close to the Form Detail. When form comes up in a display, the footer which has calulations appears to be at the bottom of the form. I have move the footer as much as I can to Form Detail.

You have to change from the Tabbed document format to Overlapping Windows:

Access 2007

Access 2010

or set your form's POPUP property to YES.
