Hi All,

I am a complete novice with Access.

I have set up a sample database, and i need some help with my forms.

What i would like is a form that has search options on it, and the results are shown in a subform on the form.

I have tried this and i keep getting lost.

I have zipped up my database and attached can anyone help me?

Before creating search forms, i think you need to establish the relationships between your tables. Search on normalisation and lookups as you appear to have duplicated data, which is not efficient and will lead to problems later on

Is this what you where looking for? I gave you an example from your Source Data Table.

By searching with the query, you can search for example the vendor 3 just by entering part of it ....
ex: 3... will find vendor 3 (under the field vendor)

All fields are searchable,

Hope it helps
