Form Help

Hi,

Thiought i was finished but still need some help with my customers form, what i want to do is be able to view the parts needed to do a service on a customers machine.i curently have the customers form and machine details sub form, but if a customer has 3 machines i want to be able to select a machine or focus on it and click maybe a parts button that wuill list the parts needed for a service.

I have included the database so yous will understand a little better.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tables were redesigned by wazz can any one please help with form layout, as i am at a total loss,

this database's job will be to store info about customers, the machines they bought (serial numbers etc), service's done on the machine what parts are used and and i want to be able to schedule reminders when they buy the machine for it's next service, (eg 3 months time joe bloggs machine needs service).when this reminder pops up i would like to be able to click a button and have a parts list presented that i can print out for all the required parts needed for that machinbes service.

that's is an overall description of what i want the database to do (if this helps with form design)
