form in datasheet view and colors

Anybody know, if there is any way to color some records(background) on form in datasheet view? I have something like calendar and I need to have weekens colored different then other days.
If I change color in Design view and open form in Form view, everything is OK. But in Datasheet view, I can't see any changes...

I know of a way to do it in Excel. I presume you have tried the conditional formating under the format menu?
