Hi, I have a form which functions as a main screen from which you can click a button that opens another form and displays all the data. However, with 3 of the forms (that are built on a query) when I view them by manually opening the form from the database its fine (ie the form displays in a datasheet), but when i view them by clicking on the button in the main screen the view changes (ie the form displays in tabular form)? one goes from datasheet to tabular form, and the other from tabular form to normal form?? i tried setting the default views, if it can be viewed in any other way to no, and so on but nothing seems to work. i think this must be the source of the problem, though i can't figure out why- all 3 forms are archive forms where Returned or Collected = Yes. help!
