Form Letter Generator

Good Afternoon All,

I am currently working on a database that creates a letter based on the user's input. The problem I am currently having is that I can't seem to have 2 or more Reasons without duplicating the entire record.

My workaround to show 2 or more reasons is to duplicate the entire record and change the other Reason to something else.

This is a lot of work. Could anyone please make any suggestions on how to make this more efficient?

I am sure many will benefit from this as I have seen plenty of questions regarding a letter created in MS Access.

What I am trying to do is to create a form where user inputs the data and a button to add a reason code and have a window that shows the reason codes (like a subform)

The reasons need to be in a sub report linked to the main report. Then you can show as many reasons as you want.
Or
You can create a group header and show all the reasons in the detail.
