I expect there is an easy answer to this
I have a form with a sub form which is a datasheet containing criteria to use to open another form, easy stuff double click on the first field and then the next form opens filtered to that criteria no problem there.
The form with the datasheet has an option group to switch between sets of criteria, at first this will work fine and as often as you like then it will stop. Once it does this the datasheet is stuck on one of the sets of criteria usually the all one, the only way to get it back is to shut the form down and the main menu (open all the time). Open it all up again and it’s back to normal then does it again.
I have gone through all the queries checking and replacing any suspect criteria so it can always access the necessary criteria to run the relevant queries but no change. I didn’t create this screen its one I inherited and thought the trouble was it was referencing Public functions and they were dropping out of memory but it seems not.
The form is driven by .Recordsource commands selected by a case statement performed on open of the sub form.
Any ideas?
