Solved Form not opening to filtered record

So I'm back with my COVID database.
Summary form works great. But when try opening form filtered on related records from there, it just opens blank! I've checked datasource and can't see where it can go wrong - queries all run fine.
Don't think problem is with the code - it works to open other forms. Only these two forms (DEfrmCovidTest and DEfrmCovidConsent) will not perform.
What else can I do to resolve this?

It opens blank because they are set to data entry. Is that not what you want?

Correct but I would like to be able to view previously entered records.

Data entry means that form opens to a New record. If you do not want that then change it.

FYI,
When you use docmd.open form you can specify the datamode for the form. If you want to be in add or edit mode. However without navigation buttons, your form would be useless in the edit mode. No way to get off the first record.
