Form Problem. very annoying

Well i created a form in access 97 for people to choose certain preferences and out pops a nice chart for them. When i created the form is was just a simple square with some fields and buttons in it. but when i run the form it creates the same thing like 12 times. So i can scroll down and keep seeing a different form that looks exactly the same. I wouldnt even care but when these people go to create the graph they get 12 and then printing becomes a hassel.

This may be a silly question..

But have you checked the forms format properties to see if the form view is set to continuous forms?

Change to single form if this is the case.

hi. well i checked form view properties but in my properties there is nothing saying form view. So i dont know if its continuous. im an idiot though so ill keep looking

never mind i found it and that fixed it.. thanks a lot for dealing with a novice
