Form Problem

Hi there

I need urgent help......
I designed a Form with Lookup fields, to retrieve data out of multible tables.
The problem I have now is when i want to select items using a tickbox, it selects all.
I want just to print out the selected items on a report

Can anybody help me?

I added a field in my Table "yes/no"....into my Query and then into my Form
Still with no luck
If I add a tick box from the toolbox, and I run the Form..it selects all the records.....Sorry...here is a screen print....

Hmm

If your form is creating a unique record with an autonumber you could link that to your report. If not I don't know what to suggest. maybe one of the experts here would like to comment?
