Form Query Type Mismatch

Hi All
I am brand new to this forum so thankyou for any help you may give me in the future.

Also i am quite new to the world of databases.

Heres my problem. i have been creating quite a large database in access with varying degrees of success. i have had a certain form, the equipment form working very well until today.

I have one form thats record source is Equipment Query. in this query are 6 forms which all link to each other in one to many relationships.

i have one table, Equipment Diagram which is simply a table that holds OLE objects which when i unlink the relationship to the main equipment table makes the form work fine but when it is linked like it needs to be the query works fine but the form on load replys with a type mismatch error and appears blank!!

Any ideas?
